Our Story
While serving as medical missionaries in a rural mission hospital in Togo, West Africa, we faced a dilemma.
With no access to fresh bread and a dwindling supply of coffee, we had to figure something out. Unbeknownst to us, coffee grew all around us in the nearby mountains, and there were a number of local styles of bread just waiting for us to learn to bake ourselves.
That was the seed that planted our dream.
We are bringing that experience, the drive for excellence, and the passion for nourishing our neighbors to our community.
