Winter Summit Blend Coffee (Med/Dark roast)

from $5.00

This popular seasonal coffee was invented by accident years ago when we first began roasting our own coffees. We had been experimenting exclusively with single-origins and were left over with small amounts of 12 different coffee beans. So, naturally, not wanting these coffees to go to waste, we began mixing and matching different beans based on desired flavor, body, acidity, and aroma combinations. When we roasted coffees from Colombia, Guatemala, and Papau New Guinea to a dark roast, we were blown away!

The first notes of the first sip are surprisingly sweet, then give way to smooth pecan, and just enough earthiness to remind you of how good coffee tastes on chilly mornings, high up in the mountains on family camping trips.

This coffee is available as pre-ground or whole bean in 16oz. bags, 11.8oz. bags (for low-cost shipping), or as 100 gram cold-brew pouches for a convenient ready-made option to brew a liter of your own delicious cold-brew at home.
